A3. No. This service is provided free by CML. It is part of our continuing effort to serve you better and to take advantage of today's technologies to improve our service to you.

Q4. How do you become a member?
A4. Click here to register. Fill out the form online, we'll review it and get back to you within one working day.

Q5. What if I'm a physician in Ontario and I don't use CML?
A5. Take a moment right now to fill out our feedback form located in the Feedback Centre. Be sure to check off that you are not a CML Physician or CML institution. We will get back to you with information about becoming a CML member shortly. Or, just give us a call at 1-888-CML-LABS.

Q6. What if I have forgotten my login/password?
A6. Please send us an email that includes your name, telephone number and physician number and we will get back to you with your correct login and password. Please do not re-register in order to obtain a new account and password! Or, just give us a call at 1-888-CML-LABS.
